Career Crossroads - Taking Stock (Done for You). Instead of collecting feedback yourself, you can let your feedback providers know to expect a questionnaire from Doug. We will collect the standard feedback suit used in the Career Crossroads online course and coaching programs PLUS additional qualitative areas and a half hour interview with your two designated priority feedback providers. We'll summarize the results and provide them alongside your own self-assessment in an easy-to-understand report. Finally, Doug will meet with you online for a one hour discussion of those results and explore implications.

This process assures anonymity to feedback providers, meaning they are more likely to participate and to do so honestly! This premium version rounds out quantitative feedback with additional qualitative questions and two interviews. Discussing the results live with Doug helps you move to potential "so whats" for you.
