Doug Fraley · Services · Career Crossroads · Workshop
A genuine taste of the work. For when career or its effect on broadly life
is the nexus of your dissatisfaction.
This is a 90-minute live online session for mid-career professionals who sense the ladder they're climbing may be leaning against the wrong wall — or that the wall itself may be the problem. You'll work with your own material. You'll leave having done something real.
What to expect
1
You'll locate a specific place in your working life where change is a priority for you. Then you'll see what this requires from you and why it hasn't happened already.
2
You'll work directly with the internal mechanism that enforces your old patterns to protect you, designing a small experiment to demonstrate that change can be safe and establishing a 'foothold' for further expansion.
3
You'll leave with a clear sense of the full arc — what today's work is part of, where it points, and what the Career Crossroads programme makes possible.
Who it's for
This session is for mid-career professionals, leaders, and creatives who have achieved external success but find it hasn't delivered what they expected.
They are not in crisis. From the outside, everything looks fine.
Privately, they are beginning to realise that the problem isn't just external and that the answer isn't more of what they've already achieved.
They need re-orientation.
