What it is
The Frontier Intensive is a 3-month hybrid mentorship for clients living in Ireland. It is built around walk-and-talk sessions in the landscape of North County Wexford and South County Wicklow, connected by virtual integration work between the physical meetings.
This is not a retreat. There is no group, no schedule, and no programme to follow. The work is entirely one-to-one, shaped around what you are actually carrying — not a predetermined curriculum.
In nature, the mind relaxes and the body joins in. Grounding, honesty, and curiosity come much more easily.
How it unfolds
Stage One
Establishing the container, setting intention, sharing context, beginning work, agreeing structure
Stage Two
Continuing work. Re-visiting intent. Adjusting as necessary.
Stage Three
Completing 'co-walking' work. Setting out solo plan. Considering further work.

Location
Sessions take place in North County Wexford and South County Wicklow — open coastline, forested hills, and the kind of ground that invites honesty. We'll confirm physical meeting locations upon booking. Virtual sessions are accessible from anywhere.
