In the points below, 'the Company' refers to Inner Frontier Coaching. 'The Website' refers to doug-fraley.com and its subdomains, including audit.doug-fraley.com. 'Doug' refers to Doug Fraley, the sole trader of Inner Frontier Coaching.

Please note that no Website content, nothing Doug says at a meeting or event, nor the content of any items available for purchase or for free, are intended to replace advice from a qualified medical practitioner or to prevent an attendee or purchaser from seeking such advice where appropriate. This website is for general information and educational purposes only.

Use of this website, or attending a meeting, retreat or one-to-one session with Doug, or having an email dialogue with him, is not a replacement for or substitute to face-to-face, in-person, qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Doug does not guarantee or warrant any particular outcome or result from your use of the Website content, from any product or service you purchase or accept free of charge from the Website or affiliated purchasing links, or from any session, meeting or other encounter with Doug. Using Doug's services is entirely at your own risk without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information given, advice, or opinion. The services are requested by your own choice and with your inherent singular responsibility. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, where the company is headquartered and from which the website, events, and meetings take place.

The Company is not responsible for any third-party websites that the Website or Doug's social media link to. Users are responsible for reading and agreeing (or disagreeing) with the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies of these third parties.

Termination / Refusal of Participation

User accounts on the Website and users' access to protected content on the Website can be terminated in case of abuses or at the Company's sole discretion. We also reserve the right to preemptively refuse admission to an attendee if we believe they may be in breach of any of our terms and conditions. If an attendee has already booked an event and we believe their attendance may not be beneficial for the event as a whole, or themselves or other attendees, or we feel they may be likely to breach one of our terms and conditions, we reserve the sole right to terminate their participation in the event, in which case we will refund them their payment in full; however, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Prohibited Activities

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Website's services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by the Company. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the services:

Images and Recording

If you are attending online meetings, events, or courses, we reserve the right to take photographs or make videos and recordings. Such material may be published on our website and shared on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and YouTube. In such circumstances your identity will not be disclosed without your consent. All reasonable steps will be taken to preserve your anonymity. In booking to attend such an event you are deemed to consent automatically to your image, whether still, video and/or recorded, being broadcast online in anonymised form.

Returns, Refunds, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase made via this website, please contact us so that we can resolve any issues you may have.

Digital products and online courses — You may request to cancel your order and receive a refund up to 14 days after purchase or until you download the product or access the content, whichever happens sooner. Beyond that period, we can discuss your situation and will make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds will be considered based on the proportion of the course or programme you have accessed.

Live events and one-off sessions (booked via Calendly) — You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the event at no charge. We reserve the right to charge a small administration fee to reschedule between 24 hours before the event and the scheduled start time. You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the event. Beyond that period, we will consider your situation and make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Physical books — Returns and refunds for physical books purchased via Amazon are governed by Amazon's policy in the country where you made the purchase.

One-to-one coaching and mentoring engagements — Purchase is made through an agreed method and schedule. You may reschedule individual meetings up to 24 hours before the meeting at no charge. We reserve the right to charge a small administration fee to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. We reserve the right to consider any meeting missed without rescheduling as having been delivered. You may request to cancel your engagement and receive a refund up to 14 days after purchase or until our first meeting, whichever happens sooner. Partial refunds will be considered based on the proportion of the engagement you have accessed.
