This is a 90-minute live online session for people who sense something needs to change but aren't sure how to get from here to there. Guided live by Doug, you'll work with your own material — not a hypothetical. You'll leave having done something real, not just having heard about it. Your camera and mic stay off throughout — the session is designed so you know you are safe to work with your whole reality.

Identify where your map is arguing with reality

You'll locate a specific place in your own life where the map you've been navigating with no longer matches the territory you're actually standing in. And you'll excavate the limiting belief that needs updating.

Meet the part of you that's been keeping you safe by keeping you stuck

You'll use that discrepancy to work directly with the somatic mechanism that enforces your old operating system — the well-meaning but misguided guardian protecting you from non-existent dangers.

Via Zoom, in broadcast configuration. Your camera and mic are off. You can send private messages to Doug via chat — these are seen only by him, and anything shared with the group is anonymised.
