Doug Fraley · Services · Life Navigation · A Live Taste
Ninety minutes. Live with Doug. No charge.
Twice a year the Guided Taste of Life Navigation is run live, and free. The same work and the same three movements - but done together, in real time, with Doug guiding it as it happens. You bring your own material and a pen. You leave having done something real, not having heard about it.
What to expect
1
Together we’ll locate a specific place in your own life where the map you’ve been navigating with no longer matches the territory you’re actually standing in. And you’ll excavate the limiting belief that needs updating.
2
You’ll use that discrepancy to work directly with the somatic mechanism that enforces your old operating system - the well-meaning but misguided guardian protecting you from non-existent dangers.
3
You’ll leave with a clear sense of the full arc - what this sample is a part of, where it goes, and what becomes possible with full application of this Soul Technology.
Who it’s for
This session is for people who sense they are at an edge - but not sure what it portends. They have a growing awareness that much of ‘their’ life is not theirs. As successful or comfortable as they might be, they have an ache, a drawing forward - not necessarily to greatness, but to sovereignty.
Anatomy of the Soul
Self-Leadership
Taking responsibility for your ‘system’ and its components: thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Updates to this system are the only ground from which genuine change arises.
Updating the Map
Your internal model of how the world works was built in childhood. When that map no longer matches the ‘territory’ of your adult life, disorientation is natural. We work with the mismatches to make updates.
Working with Cerberus
The somatic guardian of your old operating system: the racing heart, the clenching gut. It has kept you from Frankl’s Gap. You’ll learn to cohabitate and work with it.
The Old Story
The protective narrative you’ve been living inside, often without knowing it. Who you are. How the world works. What is possible. What is normal. Updating the story requires seeing it first.
Frankl’s Gap
The sliver of freedom between stimulus and response. Finding it - and learning to live in it - is the core of the work. This is where Sovereignty lives.
Welcoming Outcasts
The parts of yourself deemed unacceptable by the Old Story and subsequently exiled. The work of becoming whole is largely the work of welcoming them to rejoin you in Frankl’s Gap.
How it works
The privacy is deliberate, not a limitation. This work asks you to look at things you may never have said aloud, and that is far easier in a room where nobody can see you and nobody is performing. You get the benefit of live guidance without the exposure of a group.

A live taste is exactly that - a taste. For some people it settles a question. For others it opens one, and ninety minutes is nowhere near enough time to work with what it opened.
The Workshop is the next step. Three and a half hours on Saturday 14 November, working several stations of the journey properly rather than glimpsing them - Autoplay as it actually shows up in your life, the beliefs underneath your decisions, practical work in Frankl’s Gap, and meeting Cerberus rather than just naming it. €147 for this first cohort.
And if what you want is not another session but someone alongside you while you do the whole thing, that is the one-to-one Life Navigation work: your material, your pace, over months rather than an afternoon. Read about working with Doug directly.
