Spiritual Inquiry: A Live Taste

A free, live 90-minute session exploring the question beneath all the other questions.

Most of us spend our lives navigating - pursuing, avoiding, improving, achieving - without ever stopping to ask what is actually doing the navigating. This session is a chance to look in that direction.

Spiritual Inquiry is one of three Guided Taste sessions from Inner Frontier, built around a simple recognition: every wisdom tradition has mapped a way through the sense of being a separate self navigating a world that is not you - and beneath them all lies the same ground. This live session walks through four of those traditions and the structure they share, and gives you direct pointers to check against your own experience - not a lecture, an inquiry.

The Old Story we live in. Four stories, four traditions, walked through live - no prior reading, background, or tradition required.

Different as the four doors look, they open into the same Mother Story. We’ll walk through the structure they share, in plain, direct language - not a sales pitch dressed up as a philosophy class.

Check it against your own experience

Direct pointers, not a lecture - and space for questions and genuine discussion as we go, so what’s live for you actually gets addressed.

Who it’s for

People who sense there is a different kind of question

This session is not personal development in the conventional sense. It is not about improving the self - it points at what you already are, beneath the one who is doing the improving.

  • You have a background sense that something fundamental is being missed, beneath all the doing and achieving
  • You have had glimpses - moments where the usual sense of separation briefly dissolved - and you don’t know what to make of them
  • You are drawn to this territory but haven’t found a guide or a format that felt safe enough to enter it seriously
  • You would rather be pointed at something you can check for yourself than handed more concepts about consciousness
  • You come from some tradition, or none, and you’d rather be met in your own language than converted to someone else’s

How it works

Live, private, and simple to join

The privacy is deliberate, not a limitation. This is a chance to look at something you may never have looked at directly before, and that is far easier in a room where nobody can see you and nobody is performing. You get the benefit of live guidance without the exposure of a group.

What comes next

If ninety minutes opens something

A live taste is exactly that - a taste. For some people it settles a question. For others it opens one, and ninety minutes is nowhere near enough time to sit with what it opened.

The Workshop is the next step. Three and a half hours on Saturday 5 December, moving from re-orientation into genuine inquiry and re-grounding - exploring the doors properly, a guided look at the Mother Story, and direct inquiry into your own experience, with far more space than the Taste allows. €97 for this first cohort.
